The style is definitely way-cool-thanks to the old-timey buckles, grommets, D-rings, and canvas straps that adorn this combination. Great with blouses and tees, the ruffled Top cinches the waist with four buckled-canvas straps, with tendrils of black ribbon that cross-lace at the sides. Snap-closure back. Complementing Skirt snaps at the back and features grommetted straps that unbuckle to raise or lower the hemline to any length you choose. Black Cincher is 100% cotton; skirt is 80% rayon/20% cotton. How to measure your ring size

Find a piece of string or a strip of paper no wider than than 3/4". Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle.

With a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark. Use this measurement and the chart to determine your ring size.
