Great with blouses and tees, the ruffled Top cinches the waist with four buckled-canvas straps, with tendrils of black ribbon that cross-lace at the sides. Snap-closure back. Complementing Skirt snaps at the back and features grommetted straps that unbuckle to raise or lower the hemline to any length you choose. Black Cincher is 100% cotton; skirt is 80% rayon/20% cotton.
